We operate on a pickup only service right now, servicing the western suburbs of Melbourne. Delivery will be introduced in the future.

You can choose to pay by Visa or Mastercard, which is handled external to our site by Pin Payments, or direct deposit to our account. Please ensure that if paying by direct deposit you ensure your order and payment is in a few business days prior to allow your payment to display in our account, or you may miss the order cut off.

After ordering and paying, you will be emailed a tax invoice and your order will be set to processing.

Our orders are currently placed with our suppliers on the first Thursday of each month, and delivered to us on the next Monday. You can then arrange your pickup from Tuesday.

Once we have placed the order with our suppliers, it will be marked as complete.

Yes, a tax invoice will be emailed to you after we reconcile your payment and set your order to processing.
